Our Admission Policy

Students are admitted into the JSS1 and SSS1 classes through the annual entrance examination. All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee and complete the applicaton form.

Admission of students is strictly by the applicant’s age, proven ability and level of maturity at the time of application. Positive past records in former school(s) or college(s) are assets to any applicant.

Transfer and Withdrawal

Transfer

All those seeking transfer into the College must take the relevant tests and produce past records of performance if admitted. Transfer admission is strictly both by ability to cope with the workload and the existence of vacancy in the class desired. All applicants for transfer must pay a non-refundable application fee.

Withdrawal

A withdrawal notice of three months or one term is required of any student who wants to go away except through SSS 3 graduation. A term’s fee is payable in lieu of this notice.

School Fees

All tuition and boarding fees are due and payable at the time of registration but not later than the first day of every term. The Vale College does not accept into the hostel or class, any student who has not fully paid for that term.

An acceptance fee is charged to all new students.

Payments may be made in Naira or any international currency. All payments are to be made through the College’s bank account. Cash payment is not acceptable. Bank Tellers for payment of fees are available on demand.
